TCPA Compliant Communication Policy
Purpose of Communication
One Finance Source/L.T.D. Group, Inc. sends SMS/MMS messages only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent.
Communications are limited to:

Responses to client-initiated inquiries
No promotional or marketing messages are sent without separate, explicit opt-in consent.
Consent Requirements
Prior express written consent is obtained through:

Digital checkboxes with clear TCPA disclosure during application processes

Website consent forms with detailed TCPA and CTIA compliance language

SMS opt-in keywords (e.g., “JOIN”) with a follow-up message confirming consent and providing opt-out instructions
Consent records are timestamped, stored securely, and auditable for compliance.
Opt-Out Instructions
Every SMS/MMS includes clear opt-out instructions. Users can:

Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe from all messages

Reply “HELP” for support contact details
Opt-out requests are processed immediately, with users added to our internal Do Not Contact (DNC) list within 24 hours. Confirmation of opt-out is sent to the user.
Message Frequency
Messages are limited to 3 per week unless user-initiated or related to urgent application updates. Frequency is monitored to prevent excessive contact.
Data Privacy and Security

Internal Do Not Contact (DNC) List

Consumer Protections

Messages are sent only between 8 AM and 8 PM in the recipient’s local time zone.

No messages are sent to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without verified consent.
